1. General

Welcome to Legado Racewear. By placing an order through our website or any official sales channel, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Custom Orders

All Legado Racewear products are custom-made to order based on the customer’s chosen design, measurements, and specifications. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
We strongly recommend reviewing all design details, logos, colors, and measurements before confirming your order.

3. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect or an error caused by Legado Racewear.
If an issue arises that is determined to be our fault, we will repair, replace, or remake the product at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for issues related to:

Incorrect sizing provided by the customer
Design approval errors
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse or improper care
Delays from shipping carriers or customs

4. Quality & Workmanship

Each item is made to order with high attention to quality and detail. Minor variations in color or stitching may occur and are considered normal with handcrafted products.

5. Design Approvals

Before production, customers will be provided with digital mockups or proofs for approval. Once approved, production begins, and no further edits or changes can be made.

6. Payment

All payments must be made in full before production begins. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Affirm (where available), and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing. Legado Racewear is not responsible for delays once an item has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees applied by their country.

8. Warranty

Legado Racewear products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the delivery date. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content on the Legado Racewear website are the property of Legado Racewear and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Legado Racewear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Racing is inherently dangerous — users assume all risks associated with participation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
