All sales at Legado Racewear are final. Because every item we produce is custom-made to each customer’s specifications, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns for any reason other than a verified manufacturing defect or production error.

Please ensure all sizing, design details, color selections, and logos are correct before confirming your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Legado Racewear takes great pride in our craftsmanship and quality control. In the rare event that a product arrives with a clear manufacturing defect or an error made by our production team, we will promptly repair or remake the item at no additional cost.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for:

• Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer - $300.00 remake charge

• Design approval errors - $300.00 remake charge

• Normal wear and tear or damage from use (These Products are racewear NOT Workwear. They are ment to protect you while racing not to be working on the ground as they are fire resistant fashion materials.

• Delays caused by shipping or customs
